Location: Wolfeboro—off Sewall Road, abutting other parts of Sewall Woods

Trails:
Parts of the Sewall Woods cross-country ski and walking trail network, which extends through the entire Sewall Woods property and connects with the Abenaki trail network; together these networks include over 18 miles of trails

Natural Resources: Mixed forest growth of hardwoods and softwoods, providing habitat for dozens of species of wildlife, including deer, bear, ruffed grouse, countless songbirds, and even an occasional moose

Key Conservation and Community Values: Community conservation asset of the first order, located within a short walking distance of downtown Wolfeboro; extraordinary recreational opportunities on trails for walking and nature observation, as well as cross-country skiing in the winter on expertly groomed trails; prime wildlife habitat; scenic value as a natural area, which complements Wolfeboro’s residential areas, downtown business community, and waterfront.
