Tuftonboro—In the middle of Lake Winnipesaukee north of the Broads, with Little Bear Island to the north, Cow Island to the east, Sandy Island to the southwest, and Long Island to the west and northwest; Little Ragged Island is located close to the eastern shore of Ragged Island

Resources:
One mile of undeveloped shoreline, pine and oak forests, beaches, significant wetlands

Acquisition Price: $210,000
Use of Land: Conservation, walking, and nature observation and education
